Part of Your Routine,
Part of Your Life.

One Hundred A was never conceived as another fitness concept.

From the beginning, the ambition was to create something more complete. A place where movement and recovery work together to support how people actually live.

Too often, wellbeing is fragmented. Exercise happens in one place. Recovery happens somewhere else. The result is that feeling well can become another thing to organise, schedule and maintain.

Energy Without Exhaustion.

One Hundred A was created to bring movement and recovery back together.

We believe movement should build strength without creating more stress. Recovery should be part of everyday life, not something reserved for moments of exhaustion. Wellbeing should feel accessible, welcoming and sustainable enough to become part of a long-term routine.

This belief informs every decision we make. It shapes the spaces we create, the people we hire, the experiences we design and the communities we hope to build around them.

Strength Without Stress.

Build capability without burnout.

Wellbeing As Routine.

Designed for everyday life.

Recovery Is Essential.

Rest is part of the process.

Elevated, Never Intimidating.

High standards. Open doors.

A Place To Return To.

Our vision extends beyond a single location.

While One Hundred A begins in Billericay, it has been designed as a model that can grow without losing what makes it special. Every future space should feel rooted in its local community while sharing the same commitment to thoughtful design, exceptional service and a more balanced approach to wellbeing.

Ultimately, One Hundred A exists to create places people return to. Not out of obligation, but because of how they feel when they are there and how they feel afterwards. Stronger. Calmer. More connected. More like themselves.

Built From
Personal Experience.

One Hundred A began with a personal belief that wellbeing could feel different: more sustainable, more human and more connected to everyday life.
