The Reset Room is the heart of our recovery offering.

Designed as a calm, phone-free environment, it provides space to pause, unwind and simply be. Soft lighting, natural materials and a carefully considered atmosphere create an immediate shift in pace, helping you transition away from the demands of the day and into a more restorative state.

Whether used before or after movement, or as a destination in its own right, The Reset Room encourages moments that are increasingly difficult to find elsewhere: stillness, presence and genuine rest. Alongside contrast therapy experiences, members are invited to linger, hydrate, enjoy herbal teas and embrace a slower rhythm for a while.

Sauna

Our sauna experience is designed to support relaxation, circulation and recovery while creating a sense of calm and physical release. The gentle ritual of heat encourages the body to slow down, helping to ease muscular tension and create space away from the pace of everyday life.

Whether enjoyed after movement or as a standalone experience, the sauna forms an important part of the recovery journey, supporting both physical restoration and mental wellbeing.

Cold Plunge

Cold water immersion provides a powerful contrast to heat, creating an invigorating experience that encourages resilience, focus and renewed energy. While initially challenging, the practice offers an opportunity to reconnect with the body, regulate breathing and embrace discomfort in a controlled and supportive environment.

Used independently or alongside the sauna, the cold plunge forms part of a broader approach to recovery that values adaptation, restoration and long-term wellbeing.
