Pilates
Our Pilates programme combines both reformer and mat-based classes, offering a contemporary approach to strength, stability and mobility. Rooted in the principles of control, precision and alignment, sessions are designed to develop deep core strength, improve posture and enhance the way the body moves both inside and outside the studio.
Classes may incorporate reformers, resistance bands, Pilates rings, dumbbells and other small equipment to create progressive, full-body workouts that challenge without overwhelming. From slower technique-focused sessions to more dynamic strength-led formats, every class is designed to build resilience, confidence and long-term physical capability.
Yoga
Our yoga programme combines dynamic movement, mindful breathing and restorative practices to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Rooted in centuries-old traditions while shaped for modern life, classes are designed to improve flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness while helping to regulate the nervous system and reduce everyday stress.
Offerings may range from energising Vinyasa flows and strength-building sequences to slower Hatha classes, deeply restorative Yin Yoga and guided Yoga Nidra. Breathwork is woven throughout, helping to cultivate focus, presence and calm.
