At One Hundred A, we believe exceptional wellness spaces are shaped just as much by the people behind the scenes as those leading from the front of the room.

As we prepare for the launch of our first flagship space in Billericay, Essex in 2027, we are beginning to connect with thoughtful, ambitious individuals who want to help shape a new kind of wellness experience rooted in movement, recovery, hospitality and community.

While our doors may officially open in 2027, we are already looking to build relationships with people who may wish to become part of the journey early, supporting the pre-opening phase as the concept begins to take shape behind the scenes.

For front-of-room roles, we are interested in hearing from movement teachers, reformer instructors, recovery practitioners, hosts, receptionists and community-focused individuals who know how to make people feel genuinely welcomed, supported and at ease.

Behind the scenes, we are also seeking operational and detail-oriented people, from studio assistants and cleaners to hospitality, maintenance and organisational support roles, who understand that atmosphere, care and consistency are fundamental to how a space is experienced.

More than experience alone, we value warmth, emotional intelligence, attention to detail and a desire to contribute to something long-term and meaningful. We are building a team that understands that every interaction, from a class experience to the cleanliness of a space, shapes how people feel.
