A New Standard in Movement & Recovery.

A globally ambitious wellness concept built around movement, recovery and return, opening its first flagship space in Essex in 2027.

Elevated.
Welcoming.
Deeply Human.

Modern life asks a lot of us.

We move less, rest less and spend more time disconnected from ourselves than ever before.

One Hundred A exists to create spaces where movement feels purposeful, recovery becomes habitual and wellbeing integrates naturally into everyday life.

Designed around the belief that wellness should support how we live, work and connect, our spaces bring together movement, recovery and thoughtfully considered environments that encourage people to return again and again.

Not a gym. Not a spa. A new standard in modern wellbeing.

Designed for Modern Life.

Whether you’re seeking an energising start to the day, a moment of recovery between commitments or a place to reconnect with yourself and others, One Hundred A has been designed to support every part of the wellbeing journey.

Movement

Movement should feel energising, not exhausting.

Rather than always pushing harder, we believe there is value in moving with greater intention. Our classes are designed to build strength, resilience and mobility through practices that challenge the body while leaving you feeling restored rather than depleted.

Recovery

Recovery isn’t a luxury. It’s an essential part of living well.

In a culture that celebrates constant output, we believe recovery deserves equal attention. Our recovery experiences are designed to help regulate the nervous system, support physical restoration and create moments of pause within busy lives.

We believe wellbeing should feel sustainable, not sporadic.

That’s why One Hundred A has been designed to fit around the rhythms of everyday life. Join us for a morning Reformer class before work, a lunchtime reset, an after-work strength session or a pre-sleep sauna and cold immersion experience.

For those seeking a more consistent practice, our all-access membership provides unlimited movement and recovery. Equally, individual classes and recovery sessions can be booked as and when you need them.

Over time, One Hundred A becomes more than somewhere you visit. It becomes part of how you live.

The First Chapter
Begins Here.

Opening in Billericay, Essex in 2027, the inaugural One Hundred A space is being thoughtfully designed as a destination for movement, recovery and connection.

Located less than an hour from central London, the space offers a welcome pause from the pace of modern life while remaining firmly connected to it.

Currently under construction, the building is undergoing a complete transformation in partnership with award-winning London design studio Run For The Hills, creating a new kind of wellness destination for Essex and beyond.

Rooted in Essex but conceived with a global outlook, it marks the beginning of a much larger vision for the future of wellness.

Built From
Personal Experience.

One Hundred A was born from a simple observation: modern life leaves little room to properly recover.

Created by Lyndsey following years spent navigating the pace and pressure of corporate life, the concept emerged from a desire to create the kind of wellness space many people are searching for but rarely find. Not somewhere to escape everyday life, but somewhere that helps you navigate it better.

A place where movement becomes part of your routine, recovery is treated as essential rather than occasional, and wellbeing feels accessible, welcoming and sustainable.

The first chapter begins in Essex. The vision extends far beyond it.
